While four NFL teams remain in search of a Super Bowl victory this year, Sean McDermott and the Buffalo Bills are busy preparing for next season.
McDermott’s two-year anniversary with the team was just a few days ago, making it easy to look back upon his short tenure to pick out both the good and the bad. Both are rather easy to select.
The good obviously comes from him reaching the postseason in his first year in town. That is hard to do with any team, let alone in Buffalo where so many coaches failed to break what had become a painfully long playoff drought.
