The NFL regular season officially starts two weeks from today and the Buffalo Bills still haven’t named a starting quarterback for Week 1.
That will hopefully change after Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
AJ McCarron has been in the news a lot this past week due to his injury status that is now no longer serious. He is already back at practice after his season seemed to potentially end last Friday in Cleveland.
This is good news for the veteran but he may have already lost his shot at starting. At one point it seemed possible that him not starting could lead to the team releasing him, but having his experience in such a young quarterback room would only help.
