Quarterback Josh Allen took time after practice this week to meet with members of the media and talk about how the Buffalo Bills are faring during the 2024 NFL preseason.
“Our standard shouldn’t be conditioned by the result of what’s going on,” Allen said, alluding to both the level of play in the preseason match-up that the Bills lost to the Chicago Bears on Saturday and the revolving door that seems to have players entering and exiting the team roster daily at this point.
Allen highlighted the significance of upholding a playoff-caliber level of performance, a principle he said Bills head coach Sean McDermott has instilled in the locker room over the years.
