At each home game during the 2016 season, the Buffalo Bills will honor a military member during the game’s third quarter break presented by BENRUS. The military member honored Week 15 was Seaman Jacob Davis of the United States Coast Guard.
Growing up with a father who served in the United States Navy, Seaman Davis has a long history of military service in his family. Inspired to serve as well, he has been in the Coast Guard for over two years. Following his time in boot camp, Seaman Davis was stationed in Buffalo, N.Y. Over the course of his career, he’s taken on many responsibilities including coastal security, drug interdiction, marine safety, migrant interdiction, marine environmental protection, ice rescue operations and other law enforcement.
