Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass has been named the AFC Special Teams Player of the Month for October. During the team’s last four games, Bass went 10/10 on field goal attempts and 13/13 on extra point attempts, with 52 and 57 yard kicks in the mix. He was perfect even in rainy conditions against the Texans and Chiefs.
This is the first time Bass won a Player of the Month award, and it’s the first time the Bills have won the AFC Special Teams Player of the Month since Brian Moorman won it in November 2006.
