The Buffalo Bills have been able to avoid any major injuries during 2018 training camp. They had even avoided medium-sized injuries, with no players missing practice (outside of Zay Jones) during the first week of camp. That changed on Thursday.
After a hard-hitting, physical, and long practice on Wednesday, several Bills were sidelined on Thursday. Defensive end Trent Murphy (groin) is the only starter, but receiver Andre Holmes (quad) is someone that’s going to be counted on in 2018, too. Also injured was WR Quan Bray (toe).
The Bills have been giving veteran rest days, with Kyle Williams and Murphy sitting out over the last few practices.
