Entering Sunday, the Buffalo Bills knew they were going to be without tight end Tyler Kroft, running back Devin Singletary and cornerback Taron Johnson. In addition to this three, the team also named safety Jaquan Johnson, offensive linemen Ike Boettger, Ryan Bates, and Conor McDermott as inactive ahead of today’s game with the Cincinnati Bengals.
The loss of Singletary is probably the most significant. The third round rookie has looked great through the first two games as a change of pace back and complimentary piece to Frank Gore. He brings a level of explosiveness that this offense needs from the running back position.
