Per NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport, the Bills have hired Rob Boras as the team’s tight ends coach.

Boras, 46, had been with the Rams since 2012. Since the latter part of the 2015 season, he had also served as the team’s offensive coordinator. The Rams finished dead last in the NFL in points and yards this past season, something that can largely be blamed on the lack of competent quarterback play and the regression of running back Todd Gurley in his second season.
