Free agent cornerback Ron Brooks has agreed to a three-year, $6 million deal with the Philadelphia Eagles (he can earn another $2.7 million in playing time incentives), meaning that his four-year career with the Buffalo Bills has come to a close.

Brooks is the third former Bills defender to sign with the Eagles this offseason, joining cornerback Leodis McKelvin and linebacker Nigel Bradham.
