Leslie Frazier has now been the defensive coordinator (and play-caller and assistant head coach) for the Bills for five seasons, working with head coach Sean McDermott from the beginning. His personnel have been remarkably consistent in that stretch, with the defensive line the only place to see significant changes year-to-year.
