In a move that will probably surprise no one, recent free agent additions cornerback Phillip Gaines and wide receiver Kaelin Clay received one-year contracts for the veteran minimum from the Buffalo Bills, reports Mike Rodak of ESPN.
Clay signed last week with Buffalo after spending the beginning part of the 2017 with the Bills. He was released in October and ended up back with the Carolina Panthers, who had trade Clay to Buffalo in August. He had two punt returns in four games with Buffalo and caught one pass for 28 yards.
