The Buffalo Bills announced on Monday they have released wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud and offensive lineman Garrett McGhin.

The news last week was that the NFL and NFLPA agreed on the policies heading into training camp and the regular season. One of those changes was that NFL teams, including the Buffalo Bills, would need to get down to 80 players by mid-August.
