The Buffalo Bills have signed wide receiver Lance Lenoir and released 2021 UDFA signing Tre Walker. The move leaves them with 12 receivers on the roster, a number they have typically brought to training camp.
Lenoir was an undrafted free agent in 2017, signing with the Dallas Cowboys. He was on and off the practice squad for Dallas, playing in one game in 2017 and another seven in 2018, almost entirely on special teams. He was on injured reserve in 2019 and waived in April 2020, ultimately signing with the Seattle Seahawks in August.
