Buffalo Bills director of player personnel Dan Morgan was recently hired by the Carolina Panthers to be their assistant general manager. With his departure, the Bills have restructured their front office and announced the changes Tuesday morning.
Instead of promoting one man to fill Morgan’s position, the Bills have given additional responsibilities to men already in their power structure. Terrance Gray has been promoted from director of college scouting to assistant director of player personnel, a new position. Malik Boyd, who had been serving as the team’s director of pro personnel, will now be the the senior director of pro scouting, another new position.
