Drafting Ed Oliver was the easiest choice the Buffalo Bills made all offseason.
He fell right into the team’s lap and it was almost bizarre to see him fall down the board. I’m certainly not complaining, though.
Oliver was the obvious choice for the Bills and immediately fills the void left by Kyle Williams after the veteran’s retirement. The move was also seen as the smartest move made by the team this offseason in a Bleacher Report article written by Brad Gagnon.
The Bills could have reached for a wide receiver or an offensive lineman but decided to take the top prospect in Oliver.
