As first reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Buffalo Bills have traded for Carolina Panthers wide receiver Kaelin Clay.
Clay, 25, had just signed with the Panthers in April after spending the previous two seasons with the Baltimore Ravens. He appeared in seven games for the Ravens in 2015 as a return man, averaging 10.6 yards on 23 punt returns and 24.5 yards on 14 kick returns. He spent 2016 on injured reserve after suffering a foot injury, but was waived in November and spent the rest of the year out of the league.
