Through two quarters at The Meadowlands, the Buffalo Bills are trailing the New York Jets, 7-10. The Bills offensive line has struggled to effectively block, and that’s kept them from establishing long scoring drives through much of the first half.
The Jets scored a touchdown on their second drive of the game, the beneficiaries of Josh McCown’s mobility. McCown scrambled to convert a third down, then caught the defense in man coverage to run in a touchdown. Buffalo responded a few drives later with Taylor finding rookie receiver Zay Jones for the rookie’s first touchdown of the season.
