The 2024 NFL preseason is in the books and the Buffalo Bills now have to decide what players will make their 53-man roster. So, it’s the perfect time for me to revise my initial exercise, made during week two of OTAs — and finalize what I believe will be the initial Bills 53-man roster for the regular season.
It’s been difficult to conclude those injured players who could be options for Injured Reserve and who will be available for Week 1, but head coach Sean McDermott recently declared that, other than linebacker Matt Milano, every player has a chance of coming back early.
