The wide receiver position for the Buffalo Bills has gone under a rather remarkable transformation with Brandon Beane as general manager. It certainly hasn’t been an easy process.
When he stepped into the role the team had Sammy Watkins at the top, followed by Zay Jones, who they just drafted earlier that offseason, Andre Holmes and Philly Brown.
Watkins didn’t even make it to the 2017 season, as he was traded to the Los Angeles Rams during training camp. The team then acquired players like Jordan Matthews and Kelvin Benjamin, however neither really panned out.
