The Buffalo Bills made it a point to upgrade the wide receiver position with the additions of John Brown and Cole Beasley. There was no question that those two players helped elevate the offense and contributed to Josh Allen’s development last year.
However, the Bills offense was missing that true number one wide receiver, as well as size at the position. Both Brown and Beasley are under six feet and this lack of size was felt, particularly in the red zone.
Fortunately for the Bills, this draft class at wide receiver is deep with talent. The front office should be able to find a wide receiver, or two, that can contribute right away.
