The Buffalo Bills couldn’t have put up a worse first half if they’d tried. They Charlie Browned their way to a 26-0 deficit in the first half of their season opener at Baltimore. The team went three-and-out on every single one of their first seven first-half possessions, ended the eighth without one as the half ended, had 7 penalties accepted for 71 yards, and couldn’t even manage to come away with a muffed punt when they had three Bills and no Ravens in the vicinity.
At this point, the biggest question might be if Nate Peterman gets a second-half hook for the second season in a row, this time in favor of rookie Josh Allen.
