Buffalo Bills linebacker Tremaine Edmunds earned his first sack of the season Sunday, bringing down Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield in his own end zone for the safety.
With the ball on the Cleveland 8-yard line, Edmunds charged into the Browns' backfield untouched on the first play of the Browns' first drive of the half. It was the Bills' first safety since the 2018 season.
It was a marquee play for a mercurial Buffalo defense that surrendered 234 yards in the first half -- but also held the Browns to a lone field goal in nine plays inside the 3-yard line.
