It doesn't sound like the Bills will have veteran running back Boobie Dixon at their disposal for the foreseeable future, as he could miss up to a month with a calf injury.
John Wawrow of The Associated Press, citing a conversation with head coach Rex Ryan, is reporting that Buffalo Bills running back Boobie Dixon could miss up to a month of time with a calf injury.
Dixon was injured during the Bills' fourth training camp practice of the year, on Monday evening. He left the field of play and did not return, but the nature and status of the injury had not been disclosed yet, as Ryan did not address reporters after practice on Monday evening.
