PITTSFORD, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan said Saturday that both wide receiver Percy Harvin (hip) and running back Karlos Williams (undisclosed) will be ready for the Bills' regular-season opener Sept. 13 against the Indianapolis Colts.
