BALTIMORE -- Buffalo Bills outside linebacker Lorenzo Alexander wore a firefighter's helmet during pregame introductions Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.
Alexander did not wear the helmet during the national anthem, which concluded pregame remembrances for 9/11. The entire Bills team and staffers on the field stood for the anthem.

The Ravens also held a flyover and had an American Bald Eagle free-fly around the stadium before the game. Members of the U.S. army held a giant American flag at midfield, and the team had 69 first responders from the Baltimore area hold 69 flags in remembrance of the 69 Marylanders lost in 9/11.
