Bills' inflated contract set expectations Charles Clay hasn't met

Grading the Buffalo Bills at their bye week. We continue with the tight ends and fullback:

TE Charles Clay: Like most Bills offensive skill position players, expectations were high for Clay. He signed a five-year deal that included $24.5 million in guaranteed money and averaged $7.6 million per season, fourth-most among NFL tight ends. However, he's been a far from an elite tight end so far this season. He has a team-high 34 receptions for 350 yards and two touchdowns, but given the Bills' injuries at wide receiver and running back, one would expect Clay to step up and be a bigger part of the offense and he hasn't been.
