According to Adam Caplan, the Bills brought in free agent TE Chase Ford for a workout on Saturday.
Ford, 27, originally signed on with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent out of Miami back in 2012. He lasted less than a year in Philadelphia before signing a future/reserve contract with the Vikings in January of 2013.
He was on and off of the Vikings’ active roster for the next two years before later being signed to the Ravens’ active roster.
In 2014, Ford appeared in 14 games for the Vikings and recorded 23 receptions for 258 yards receiving and one touchdown.
