The Buffalo Bills announced that they’ve placed OT Cyrus Kouandjio and QB Josh Woodrum on waivers Wednesday and signed WR Rod Streater and TE Wes Saxton to contracts.
Streater, 29, wound up signing on with the Raiders as undrafted free agent out of Temple back in 2012. He’s spent all four of his years of his NFL career with the Raiders before signing a one-year, $810,000 contract with $4 million in incentives with the Chiefs last year.
The Chiefs later traded Streater and a conditional 2019 seventh-round pick to 49ers for a conditional 2019 seventh-round pick.
