Aaron Williams escaped serious injury in Week 2 against New England, but the Bills don't sound optimistic about his chances of suiting up in Week 3 at Miami.
Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan told reporters on Monday that safety Aaron Williams, who left Sunday's loss to New England in an ambulance with a neck injury, is "a stretch" to play in Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins.
Given the nature of Williams' exit in Week 2, "a stretch" is nice terminology to hear. Williams was released from the hospital on Sunday afternoon after passing all tests, and while Ryan described his top safety as stiff and sore on Monday - Williams is also reportedly in a neck brace for the time being - he was also at team facilities.
