The Buffalo Bills head coach is a man who believes in continuity. He believes in trusting the process. On One Bills Live Tuesday, he said he also believes the team is heading in the right direction in his second year with the franchise. He now expects an easier transition for his players heading into this season.
“I think when you look at players in their second year of just being around our building, that won’t be new, so there’s a comfort level with that,” said McDermott.
