Yesterday marked the official one-year anniversary of Brandon Beane’s hiring with the Buffalo Bills. About two weeks later was when Beane took over, and he made noise very early on. At least that’s what Steve Tasker said on One Bills Live yesterday.
“He might have been the most active general managers in his first year, ever, in Bills history,” said Tasker.
Beane joined a Bills team that had not made the playoffs in 17 consecutive seasons, and began to move many players that Bills fans saw as answers to the drought. Before the regular season began for the Bills, Sammy Watkins, Ronald Darby and Reggie Ragland were all traded.
