Bills sign WR Rashad Ross; waive Kolby Listenbee

The Bills added to their receiver ranks on Tuesday, it’s just not who many Bills fans might have been expecting. Buffalo signed free agent WR Rashad Ross.

Ross, 27, spent the last two seasons with Washington, appearing in 18 games and serving primarily as a kick returner. The Arizona State product has 4.4 speed and worked out for the Bills on Monday.

After going undrafted in 2013, he was originally signed by the Tennessee Titans where he spent time on their practice squad. Over the year or so he was on the practice squads for Kansas City, Chicago and Washington, before landing a role with Washington in 2015 as a return specialist.
