Bills Sign Veteran WR Rod Streater To Futures Deal

The Buffalo Bills officially signed veteran WR Rod Streater to a future/reserve contract on Monday for the 2018 season.

Futures deals are essentially camp invites that will give players the opportunity to compete for roster spots during offseason workouts and training camp.

Buffalo actually brought Streater in for a workout back in October but didn’t sign him to a contract following the session.

Streater, 29, wound up signing on with the Raiders as undrafted free agent out of Temple back in 2012. He’s spent all four of his years of his NFL career with the Raiders before signing a one-year, $810,000 contract with $4 million in incentives with the Chiefs last year.
