The Bills filled the two vacant roster spots on their 53-man squad Wednesday, signing a pair of familiar players. Buffalo signed DT DeAndre Coleman and S Robert Blanton.
Coleman, 6-5, 341, earned a spot on the 53-man roster coming out of training camp and had earned the praise of defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier.
“[He’s] a really good story, a guy who has really bought into the message that Mike Waufle is delivering in that defensive line room and what we’re trying to get across from a defensive standpoint,” said Frazier earlier this month. “The energy he played with, the fact that he attacked the weight issues the way he did, and his attitude.
