The Bills have three quarterbacks on their roster again. Buffalo signed QB Josh Johnson Tuesday. Johnson was just released by Indianapolis Monday where he had spent the past two weeks as the backup to Matt Hasselbeck with Andrew Luck out with a shoulder injury.
Buffalo had just two quarterbacks on the roster in Tyrod Taylor and EJ Manuel after they traded Matt Cassel to Dallas three weeks ago.
Johnson spent most of the 2015 offseason with Cincinnati after signing as a free agent with the Bengals last April. He appeared in one preseason game for Cincinnati going 11-21 passing for 175 yards.
