Buffalo made a pair of roster acquisitions Wednesday to address their kicking and return game, while providing depth to their receiving corps. The Bills signed veteran free agent kicker Billy Cundiff and free agent WR Denarius Moore.
The kicking game has been under scrutiny after veteran Dan Carpenter went 3-6 on field goals in the preseason. Carpenter remained on the roster Tuesday, but kickoff specialist Jordan Gay did not. Buffalo replaced Gay with veteran kicker Billy Cundiff.
The 35-year old Cundiff last kicked for Cleveland in the 2013 and 2014 seasons before he was released last December.
