Down a pair of cornerbacks due to offseason departures, the Bills signed free agent Corey White on Monday. On Tuesday they signed a second cornerback with NFL experience.
Free agent CB Sterling Moore visited One Bills Drive on Tuesday to sign a contract with Buffalo.
Moore, 26, is coming off a 2015 season with Tampa Bay where he started more games than in any of his four previous NFL seasons. In nine starts as the nickel corner with the Bucs, Moore posted 45 tackles, six pass breakups, an interception and three forced fumbles.
Moore (5-10, 192) originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Oakland Raiders in 2011, and didn’t see the field on a regular basis on defense until 2014 when he stepped in as the team’s nickel back.
