The Buffalo Bills signed tight end Matthew Mulligan, the team announced Thursday.
Mulligan, 30, played in 34 games for Rex Ryan with the New York Jets from 2009-2011, making 11 starts. He joins wide receiver Percy Harvin, fullback John Conner, quarterback Matt Simms and potentially tackle Wayne Hunter as former Jets who have rejoined Ryan in Buffalo this offseason.
