Bills coach Rex Ryan says it was a big win for Buffalo and that their effort has always been there. Texans coach Bill O'Brien has a lot of pride in his football team, but says they need to fix mistakes.
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Rex Ryan isn't often one for an understatement, but that's exactly what he offered following the Buffalo Bills' 30-21 win Sunday over the Houston Texans.
"I think if we would have dropped this one, then it wouldn’t have looked so good [for us]," he told reporters.
Make no mistake about it: If the Bills lost to the Texans and fell to 5-7 with four games remaining, their playoff hopes were almost certainly dashed.
