The 2016 Bills rookie class has been busy acclimating to life in the NFL this offseason. To facilitate this important change, the NFL has implemented a Rookie Transition Program. The program, along with the Bills Rookie Orientation Program, has helped the newcomers adjust. Guided by the Bills Player Engagement Department, the Rookie Transition Program kicked off on June 20, and will last the duration of the week.
"Our goal is to onboard every NFL rookie with the best resources and practices for a successful playing experience both on and off the field," said NFL Vice President of Player Engagement Charles Way.
