The Buffalo Bills announced Tuesday that they’ve released LB Jelani Jenkins and S Trae Elston.
Jenkins, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2013. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2.632 million rookie contract and signed on with the Raiders as an unrestricted free agent back in March.
The Raiders, unfortunately, released Jenkins and later placed him on injured reserve before cutting him loose last week with a settlement.
The Bills signed Jenkins to a contarct a week ago.
In 2016, Jenkins appeared in nine games and recorded 29 tackles, no sacks and a pass defense.
