KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Buffalo Bills running back Karlos Williams left in the first half of Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs and did not return.
Williams injured his shoulder on a 2-yard run in the first quarter and immediately departed for the locker room. He had two carries for five yards before leaving the game.
LeSean McCoy's primary backup this season, Williams was averaging 5.8 yards per carry entering Sunday's game. He scored a touchdown in each of his first six career games, tying an NFL record set by New England's Robert Edwards in 1998.
