Bills Matching Rams’ Restricted Offer To OL Ryan Groy

Adam Caplan of ESPN is reporting that the Bills will match the Rams’ restricted offer sheet to OL Ryan Groy.

Groy signed a two-year, $5 million contract with the Rams that included $3.5 million fully guaranteed. The Bills had five days to match the offer and it appears as though Groy will be headed back to Buffalo for the next two years.

The Bills used an original-round tender on him that will cost them $1.797 million for the 2017 season, which gave them the right of first refusal for any offer sheet he received from another team during free agency.
