Though cornerback Vontae Davis has only been a part of the Bills team for a few weeks, he already has plans to make a difference in the Buffalo community. When Davis was only 11, he and his five younger siblings were almost placed in foster care by Child Protective Services. Thankfully, Davis’ grandmother stepped in and took all six children, preventing them from being separated. Years later, Davis still uses that experience to drive his passion for helping foster kids.
While playing for the Indianapolis Colts, Davis worked with local organizations to provide foster kids with a holiday shopping spree and tickets to games.
