Bills GM Brandon Beane expects WR Cole Beasley back in 2022

If the Buffalo Bills are looking to make a splash and add talent to their roster through free agency this offseason, they’re going to have to get creative. Depending on which source you use, the Bills are either over the NFL’s estimated 2022 salary cap, or right up against the cap.

One of the ways the Bills could free up some much-needed cap space is to part ways with one or more of their high-priced veterans, including wide receiver Cole Beasley, who turns 33 in April and is entering the last year of his four-year, $29 million contract.
