It was announced today that Tom Brady lost his appeal to the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan in order to get his Deflategate suspension from the NFL overturned.
It’s now “fourth down” and Brady’s only remaining hope if he wishes to get the suspension reversed is trying to complete a “hail mary” by getting the Supreme Court to hear his case. The chances of them hearing the case are very slim.
According to civilrights.org, the Supreme Court only hears about 80 cases and rules on another 50 out of over 7,000 requests they get every year which is under 2 percent of the total.
