CLEVELAND -- The Buffalo Bills will be without their top five running backs and top three receivers for Thursday night's preseason game against the Cleveland Browns.
The Bills announced that receivers Sammy Watkins and Robert Woods would be among 13 players on their active roster not in uniform for the game.
