ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan believes all NFL coaches would be in favor of eliminating the league's mandated cut-down to 75 players, which gives fewer less-experienced players opportunities to earn jobs in the final preseason game.

"I think every coach -- I'm telling you what I believe -- but I think all coaches would like that," Ryan said Tuesday. "I don't think there's any doubt. Keep them there, get good looks at the entire thing. We're going to let some good players go, but you're exactly right: this could be a great opportunity for them to play.
