Bacarri Rambo forced three turnovers in the Bills' prime-time win over the Jets last week, and the league recognized that big performance today.
Buffalo Bills safety Bacarri Rambo was named AFC Defensive Player of the Week for his three-turnover performance in last Thursday's 22-17 road win over the New York Jets.
Rambo actually started his evening of fine work on special teams, when he forced a fumble by rookie wide receiver Devin Smith that Bills safety Duke Williams returned for a touchdown. In the third quarter of the win, Rambo stripped the ball out of the hands of running back Chris Ivory, then cradled it while falling to the turf for a forced fumble and a recovered fumble on the same play.
