Following the trade early this week that sent him from the Cleveland Browns to the Buffalo Bills, wide receiver Amari Cooper is expected to make his Bills debut in Week 7 home game against the Tennessee Titans. During his introductory press conference, Cooper said says he’s ready to dive in, but he knows it’s a short turnaround to play Sunday afternoon.
As such, it’s best to manage expectations for Cooper’s debut this weekend. Head coach Sean McDermott was previously undecided about Cooper’s availability this weekend, while both general manager Brandon Beane and offensive coordinator Joe Brady were optimistically cautious about the role he’d be able to play after only a few days in the building.
